Automated packaging line consisting of a flow pack machine in combination with a Supervac belt machine
Starting situation:
Our client is a leading company in its segment in Eastern Europe. The company produces traditional regional meat, ham and sausage specialties.
Challenges:
The customer supplies large hotel and supermarket chains. In the future, the company management would like to pack 4 longer salami sticks in a bag safely and with maximum durability. An automatic packaging process plays a major role for management.
Our solution:
An industrial belt machine GK862 with indexing belt was ordered by the customer and put into operation. The Supervac belt machine was lined up with a flow wrapper. The automated line allows long sticks of salami to be packaged quickly and aesthetically. Products can be neatly packaged and delivered to the end customer.
