Sales Manager (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of our packaging machines in designated regions worldwide (within and outside Europe)
• Managing and strategically expanding our existing dealer network
• Supporting the local sales teams of our distribution partners
• Conducting regular customer visits (existing and potential customers) together with our distribution partners
• Participating in international trade fairs and sales meetings within your assigned territory
• Actively contributing to strengthening and expanding our market position

Your Profile:

• Completed education or vocational training, ideally in a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in sales (experience in capital equipment, food technology or packaging machinery is an advantage)
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a genuine passion for customer interaction
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for international sales
• Dynamic, proactive sales personality with a hands-on mentality
