With the launch of a new generation of PLCs, Supervac set an important milestone in 2025. All machines in the portfolio have been gradually converted to state-of-the-art and highly reliable control technology.
Two major innovations are particularly noteworthy: the modular structure of the controller and communication via EtherNet/IP. The modular structure makes it far easier to implement extensions, adaptations and service work – a huge advantage considering the long service life of Supervac machines.
The EtherNet/IP interface enables a connection to external systems and creates perfect conditions for the increasing digitalization in the food sector. Access to machines via the Internet and the exchange of production data are made even easier and simpler.
In tandem with the new controller, Supervac has revised the displays. The optimized screens offer higher resolution and a wider color spectrum – for razor-sharp images and an even more intuitive operation.
