For some belt machines – the GK 501 B and the GK 852 B, for instance – Supervac has been offering fully automatic height adjustment of the sealing bars for many years. The system has been proven on the market and passed with flying colors; it is one of a kind, since the required height of the sealing bars is selected directly on the display and adjusted with millimeter precision.
Manual height adjustment for other models, e.g. the GK 169 B and GK 952 B, is newly integrated in the portfolio: there are one or two optional levels in addition to the standard height. This extension is particularly intriguing for companies working with products of various heights. After all, an optimal sealing bar height makes a lasting contribution to an attractive appearance and outstanding sealing results.
