For some time now, Supervac has had a newly developed cooling tank. This machine can be positioned immediately downstream of a shrink tank for the production of shrink packages and thus be integrated in a state-of-the-art vacuum packaging line. The products are immediately cooled again after the shrinking on the smallest possible surface area. This results in avoiding color changes and in a significant improvement of the product life of fresh meat.
