Fresh meat packaging in the mediterranean region

Starting situation:

Our customer is a leading fresh meat producer in the mediterranean region. The company’s expertise is the packaging of pork, beef and lamb specialties of different sizes and cuts. In light of the growing range of offers, the company needed an innovative packaging solution to meet growing requirements.

Challenges:

As they expanded their range, the customer was on the lookout for a flexible and high-performance packaging line that could efficiently process fresh meat of various sizes. The challenge was to find a solution that supports both the wide range of products and the efficiency of packaging processes.

Our solution:

We developed a tailor-made solution: the compact and high-performance packaging line GK 663 B, equipped with the AT 15 shrink tank. The SUPERVAC belt machine GK 663 B has a split belt that facilitates stress-free loading. The high lid of 300 mm makes it possible for the customer to package even larger pieces of meat without complication. The AT 15 shrink tank ensures a consistently premium quality when shrinking the packages.

The installation of the compact packaging line was swift and smooth, and the customer was enormously pleased with the new solution that boosts efficiency and improves the quality of the packaging.
