Lamb Packaging in Turkey

Starting situation:

Our customer is one of the largest producers of fresh meat in Turkey and known for providing customers with a wide range of premium-quality products, a variegated choice and an excellent value for their money. The company packages more than 40 tons of meat a day, primarily beef and lamb specialties in a variety of sizes. Our customer is already familiar with our machines and is very satisfied.

Challenges:

Due to market growth, the customer needs another Supervac line allowing the company to process various meat formats and meet these product standards flexibly and reliably.

Our solution:

Together with the customer, we developed a comprehensive design consisting of the GK 852 packaging machine with automatic height adjustment of the sealing bar, a shrink tank and a dryer. This line enables the customer to package long and wide pieces of meat (with and without bones) carefully and safely. The shrink tank guarantees perfect quality for shrinking. The dryer prepares the products for smooth and safe transport.
