Packaging of artisanal cheese products in France

Starting situation:

Our customer produces a wide variety of premium-quality artisanal cheeses in France. Consumers of these cheese products especially appreciate their high quality and uniqueness.

Challenges:

Different formats of cheese, including particularly high ones, must be packaged. This is why it’s necessary that the packaging technology be flexible and reliable to meet these requirements.

Our solution:

We successfully installed on the customer’s premises a GK 170 B for products of a height of up to 300 mm with an automatic cut-off device. With this system, our customer can now day after day optimally package different formats of cheese.
