Our customer is the processor of high-quality fish products in Scotland. The products to be packaged are high-quality, traditional and authentic smoked salmon, produced in Scotland. The customer delivers the different products to premium food retailers throughout the world.

Challenges:

The customer wants to package the products on gilded cardboard. The products must not slip out of position in the packaging machine; the products are very flat.

Our solution:

We recommended a GK 501 B with a sealing bar height of 0 mm to our customer. The process is simple and clear to the operator, and the machine works very reliably. Because the customer was very well satisfied with the first machine, he ordered a second one.
