Starting situation:
Our customer is one of the top producers of pork and beef in Japan, with a commitment to the region and local breeding. The company processes cattle and pigs bred in the lush nature of southern Japan under the application of international standards of quality monitoring and hygiene management. Various criteria regarding hygiene management and equipment are required for shipping the products overseas. Our customer has installed state-of-the-art equipment from the European Union to meet these criteria. The Japanese beef and pork of our customer is now exported to Europe and other countries around the globe. The company was able to boost its meat supply by 20% in the previous year. Efficient solutions were required to cope with the associated rise in production capacities.
Challenges:
The cutting lines work fast and efficiently. The downstream packaging machines must process the incoming products swiftly and reliably.
Our solution:
Several Supervac GK402B machines were installed and put into operation by the customer. Large quantities of beef and pork are now processed reliably every day in the production system.
